Riley presents on the Process of High-Quality Mentoring Relationships at NASSM

Leila Riley, PhD candidate advised by Lisa Kihl, PhD and Vicki Schull, PhD, presented a portion of her dissertation at the 2024 North American Society for Sport Management Conference. She presented her novel findings around the process of mentoring when men mentor women in professional sport to other gender equity scholars in sport.
