The Learning Abroad Center has programs that are tailored to sport management, kinesiology, and physical activity and health promotion students, at both graduate and undergraduate levels

Marketing and sponsorship in German sports

Applications open for winter break 2024-2025!

Visit Munich, Germany to learn how sponsorship plays a role in sport marketing. Students engage with FC Bayern Munich as they lead tours and presentations about sponsorship sales, activation, and account management from a sport organization's perspective. Students participate in many excursions, including visits to Olympia Park, Nymphenburg Palace, Allianz Arena & FC Bayern Museum, and more.

Sicily’s tranquil landscape, nourishing food, and lifestyle can enhance one’s mindfulness and overall wellbeing. Through this course, students will learn, practice, apply, and master mindfulness and emotional wellness techniques.

Empowering youth through sport in Kenya

Learn how sports are important to a wide range of people in Kenya, both in rural and urban areas. While learning about the importance of physical activity, students have the opportunity to visit local schools and Universities, attend sport competitions, and be immersed in nature through a safari and hikes. This course may be available again in 2026.
