The Tucker Center for Research on Girls & Women in Sport, directed by Nicole M. LaVoi, PhD, published a report titled "Trends & Opportunities: Driving Change for Women Sport Coaches." This report establishes ten trends driving the sports landscape, as well as suggestions to improve this area for women coaches. Some trends include the percentage of women head coaches in the NCAA Division I level is increasing, as well as the number of women coaching in men's professional sport leagues has increased over time.
