McSweeney and research team present findings to NBA Foundation and NBA Representatives

Dr. Mitchell McSweeney and his research team presented findings conducted in partnership with PeacePlayers.

Mitchell McSweeney, PhD, assistant professor in the School of Kinesiology, and his research team including Erjia (Lucy) Guan (PhD student), Babafemi Obideyi (PhD student), Jessica Anderson (MS student), Alyssa Ylinen (Master's of Development Practice student), and Haley Rosen (PAHP undergraduate student), presented findings from a Grant-in-Aid-funded research project titled "An Examination of the Processes and Outcomes of PeacePlayers United States Leadership Development Program" on December 12, 2025. The study was conducted in partnership with PeacePlayers, a sport for development organization, and the findings were presented to PeacePlayers' donors and partners, including the NBA Foundation, the NBAPA, and representatives of the Los Angeles Clippers and Detroit Pistons.
