The Sport and Exercise Psychology emphasis area explores the thoughts, feelings, and actions of people in physical activity contexts. Research in this area focuses on participants of competitive sport, exercise and fitness, sports medicine and rehabilitation, physical education, and health and wellness.

Biography

Flexible well-rounded instructor with 10 years of professional experience in applying sports management applications with a genuine desire to educate. Extensive knowledge of interscholastic, collegiate and professional sports as it applies to a classroom setting or remote education with real world experience. I specialize in delivering content to diverse multicultural populations to achieve both personal and academic success. I strive to create a challenging and engaging learning environment in which students become life-long learners.
