Daniel Craighead, PhD, assistant professor in the School of Kinesiology and director of the Integrative Cardiovascular and Exercise Physiology Laboratory (ICEPL), published a letter to the editor titled "'When does it end?' Continuing to align career goals and work-life balance after graduate training" in the Journal of Applied Physiology. This letter was in response to a perspective article titled “'Are we soft?' Importance of aligning career goals with work-life balance" by Douglas Seals, PhD, and Christopher DeSouza, PhD, published in the same journal.
