Antunovic publishes in European Journal for Sport and Society

Dunja Antunovic, assistant professor in the School of Kinesiology and director of Media Analysis Research in International Sport, recently published an article titled "'Reimagining' gender equality in media coverage?: feminist frameworks in European and Olympic portrayal guidelines" in the European Journal for Sport and Society. This article examined reports on gender representation in sports media published by European entities, like the European Union, European Commission, and more, between 2019-2022. Antunovic reviewed the feminist-related recommendations of these reports and how to best implement the recommendations in the future.
