Alumna Amanda Kessel receives CEHD's Rising Alumni Award
The CEHD Rising Alumni Award recognizes young professionals who earned their degree from CEHD, have made a significant impact in their profession or community at large, and have achieved early distinction as leaders.

Amanda Kessel (BS ’16, sport management), received the College of Education and Human Development's (CEHD) Rising Alumni Award. Kessel currently works for the Pittsburgh Penguins in their Executive Management Program while also as a professional hockey player.
While completing her sport management degree in the School of Kinesiology, Kessel played for the University of Minnesota's women's hockey team, guiding them to three national championships. Read more about Kessel's success on the award page.
