Several Kinesiology students accepted into the University's Pathways to Research Program (PReP)

Several Kinesiology labs have had their students accepted into the University's PreP program: Sean Killip from ICEPL (Craighead), Jolee Olsen from NeuRAL (Hawe), Emily Shalit from DWELL (Kringle), Stella Lawerteh from MIND (Bonney).

Several student from the School of Kinesiology have been selected to participate in the University's Pathways to Research Program (PReP). PReP (or APReP for graduate students) is a full-time, paid, 12-week summer internship allowing students to focus on their interests in clinical and translational science research while receiving additional professional development and mentorship. Kinesiology students include doctoral student Sean Killip from the Integrative Cardiovascular and Exercise Physiology Laboratory (ICEPL) (Daniel Craighead, PhD, assistant professor of exercise physiology, director), undergraduate Jolee Olsen from the NeuroRehabilitation Across the Lifespan (NeuRAL) Laboratory (Rachel Hawe, PhD, assistant professor of biomechanics and neuromotor control, director), Emily Shalit from the Disability and WELLness Laboratory (DWELL) (Emily Kringle, PhD, OTR/L, assistant professor of physical activity and health promotion, director), Stella Lawerteh from the Movement Intelligence in Neurodevelopmental Disorders (MIND) Laboratory (Emmanuel Bonney, PhD, assistant professor of biomechanics and neuromotor control, director).
