Headshot of Sarah Greising

Sarah Greising, PhD, associate professor in the School of Kinesiology and director of the Skeletal Muscle Plasticity and Regeneration Laboratory (SMPRL), attended and presented research at the Tissue Engineering and Regenerative Medicine (TERMIS) World Conference

Greising’s presentation, “Repair of Volumetric Muscle Loss Injury using Growth Factor Encoding mmRNA on a Bioengineered Aligned Scaffold in Two Animal Models” provided insight into work between SMPRL and the Fibralign Corporation. Additionally, as the current Musculoskeletal Thematic Working Interest Group (TWIG) Chair for TERMIS-Americas, Greising also oversaw and chaired multiple sessions on skeletal muscle health.
