Dengel Co-investigator on funded NIH grant

Donald Dengel, PhD, is a co-investigator on the NIH-funded 5-year grant “Cardiovascular Structure and Function in the Mucopolysaccharidosis.”

Donald R. Dengel, PhD, professor in the School of Kinesiology and director of the Laboratory of Integrative Human Physiology (LIHP), is a co-investigator on a grant funded by the National Institutes of Health (NIH). This 5-year grant, entitled “Cardiovascular Structure and Function in the Mucopolysaccharidosis,” will focus on developing effective treatments to reduce cardiovascular dysfunction and death in mucopolysaccharidosis  patients.
