Kringle awarded $53k Grant-in-Aid

Dr. Emily Kringle and her DWELL team will use a $53k Grant-in-Aid for their project, "Feasibility of engaging stroke survivors in a brief step count intervention during chronic stroke."

Assistant professor of physical activity and health promotion in the School of Kinesiology and director of the Disability and WELLness (DWELL) Laboratory, Emily Kringle, PhD, OTR/L, was awarded a Grant-in-Aid for the project, "Feasibility of engaging stroke survivors in a brief step count intervention during chronic stroke." The DWELL team will use this funding to further optimize the timing of initiating a lifestyle-based physical activity intervention after stroke.
