Daniel Craighead, PhD, assistant professor in the School of Kinesiology and Director of the Integrative Cardiovascular and Exercise Physiology Laboratory (ICEPL), has published an editorial in Experimental Physiology. In this editorial, titled "Contemporary concepts in ‘exercise as medicine’ and related fields," Craighead and other experts in the field of exercise physiology provide updates on definitions for key terms relevant to exercise and physical activity research.
